Are you a foreign-born person (non-EU citizen) living in Vilnius district and holding a valid permit for residence? We invite you to sign up for free services:

Legal help;
digital literacy and cyber-security;
other consultations;
support and mediation services.

To register for consultations, please email biuras@pvmc.lt or call +370 670 98 589.

Services are available in Lithuanian, English and Russian languages.

IMPORTANT: When inquiring, please make sure you are registered in Vilnius district municipality (Vilniaus rajonas – NOT Vilniaus miestas).

These activities are part of a project co-financed by the European Union's Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund, project No. PMIF-2.01-V-03-12 „Tautų tiltai: integracijos paslaugos užsienio kilmės gyventojams Vilniaus rajone“ (eng.
